Assassin's Creed Mirage - Valley of Memory - Scattering & Terrain Material Painting

I was in charge of most of the Terrain Painting in the Northern part of Alula, which is a huge desert.
Terrain painting drives
- terrain materials (deep sand, shallow sand, pebbles...)
- rock scattering (large/medium/small rocks)
- vegetation scattering (small bushes, dead trees ...)
My main goals were to help guide the players by highlighting the road network, and to create a believable landscape that felt distinct from the desert found in Baghdad
